Managing national portfolios, outsourced contracts, essential service compliance and large multi-site teams demands professionals who are simultaneously commercially sharp, operationally disciplined and deeply safety-aware. It is a sector where the consequences of getting things wrong, in compliance, contractor management and safety systems, are real and visible.
